デマンドレスポンスとは，スマートグリッドにおいて，需要家から報酬と引換えに節電量を得るしくみである．これを実現するためには，各参加者が契約量を確実に供給することが重要であるが，現実には予期せぬ障害により未達の参加者が現れる．その場合，すぐに原因を突き止め解決しなくてはならないが，そのためにはすべての参加者のスマートメーターを検針するという膨大な量の情報取得が必要であった．そこで，すべてのスマートメーターを検針することなく，わずかな回数の検針をオンデマンドで実施するだけで，未達参加者を正確に検出する方法が必要となる．本研究では，従来法の10倍の性能を有する方法の開発と，それを他分野の一般的な推定問題に展開するための基礎理論を構築することを目指している．本年度の成果は以下の通りである．
（１）既存の実施診断の性能を向上させるためには，需要家の性質を適切に分類し，診断のための事前情報としてモデル化することが重要である．そこで，需要家の性質を多方面から考察し，おおよそ４つの性質に分類できること，また，それらはベクトルのブロックスパース性としてモデル化できることを明らかにした．
（２）ネットワークシステムにおいては，フィードバック頂点集合と呼ばれる特殊なノードが，制御や観測に重要な役割を演じていることが知られているが，合意制御の場合にその役割を明らかにした．
（３）未知環境におけるマルチエージェントシステムの被覆制御を対象に，空間重要度の推定方法を検討した． -

本研究提案では、センサやアクチュエータなど実世界とのインターフェースにより外界に開かれた群知能として「オープン群知能」の概念を提案し、その学術的基盤を構築すること目指します。また、現在、社会的に重要な役割を演じているプラットフォームサービスの多くは、ここでいうオープン群知能の一種と捉えられますが、本研究提案では、新サービス創出の基盤として、既存のサービスの共通原理を解明しモデル化します。

近年，深層学習に大きな注目が集められ，人工知能の研究が爆発的な勢いで行われている．しかしながら，人工知能によって導き出された答えがいかに正しくても，現状ではその理由を説明できないと言われており，このことが実用化への障害になることもある．そこで，本研究では，人工知能の安全性と安心感を実現する方法の開発へ挑戦する．特に，人工知能（予測器）に，数理モデルに基づくスーパーバイザと呼ばれる装置を取り付け，人工知能を管理する枠組みの開発を目指す．

複数の動的システムの相互作用によって，大域的な機能を発現するシステムを「ネットワーク化制御システム」という．制御工学の分野では，センサネットワーク，スマートグリッド，ビークルの自動運転などへの関心の高まりを背景に，今世紀に入って，ネットワーク化制御システムが主要な研究対象に成長してきている．一般に，ネットワーク化制御システムは，構成要素の特性に相当する「要素ダイナミクス」と，つながりに対応する「ネットワーク構造」の組だと考えられる．このとき，システムの規模が大きくなるに従って，個々の構成要素の情報を得るのが困難になることが知られている．それゆえ，「構成要素が未知だったとしても，システム全体の安定動作を１００％保証するネットワーク構造（つながり）は何か？」が重要な問いとなる．本応募課題では，絶対安定化ネットワーク構造の設計理論を確立することを目的としている．

In this research project, we have established a framework of broadcast control of multi-agent systems. Here, the "broadcast control" means governing multi-agent systems by sending the same signal to the all agents indiscriminatingly, under the assumption that there is no agent-to-agent communication. In this control scheme, the agents do not need devices and energy for information transmission, which will be an advantage in various applications, such as smart grids and biological systems. In the project, we have presented several theoretical results. Moreover, we have applied the framework to control problems of maximizing power generation in a solar/wind farm, and demonstrated the effectiveness of the broadcast control.

This project studies how to design high performance control systems under incom-plete observed data by exploiting stochastic optimizations and stochastic controllers. First,particle fil-ters are shown to be effective to construct system models. Then a model-based method to reconstruct the high resolution signals from the low resolution ones is given and its effectiveness is evaluated. Further-more, it is confirmed that the stochastic behaviors in control are effective to compensate the incomplete observed data through various cases including multi-agent systems and biological ones.

(1)および(2)では,連続時間の入力設計問題を扱い,サンプル値区分的アファインシステムに対するこの種の問題の完全な解法を与えた.本結果は,制御分野で最も権威のある学術雑誌のひとつである「Automatica」にレギュラーペーパーとして採択されている.
(3)ではサンプル値区分的アファインシステムの最適切換え時刻制御のための基礎的結果として,スイッチドシステムの最適切換え制御問題を解いた.また,(4)では,(1),(2)の実システムへの応用例として,移動ロボットの配置問題を考えた.これに対しては,最初のステップとして,移動ロボットの幾何学的配置問題の解を与えた.(3),(4)も国際学術雑誌(Nonlinear Analysis : Theory, Methods & Applications, International Journal of Human-friendly Welfare Robot Systems)への掲載が決まっている.
