    既存のバイオセンサでは、匂い分子のような低分子量で極性の小さな分子を高感度かつ高選択で検出することは困難です。グラフェンは無極性分子を高感度に検出できますが、非特異的検出を防ぐため、標的選択性を高める表面修飾技術が必要です。本研究では、ペプチド表面修飾技術を活用したグラフェンによって、新しい信号変換機構に基づく高性能なグラフェン・バイオセンサを開発し、デジタル嗅覚技術の実現を目指します。
